Do your hosting prices include domain registration?
Yes. All the plans include the price of domain name registration.

I've already registered a domain name - can I still host with you?
Yes
. Once you've ordered the hosting package of your choice we will contact you and let you know what modifications need to your domain. We will contact your existing host for you to enable the transfer of the domain if required. The price for this is included in the package.

How do I access and control my settings?
Once you get the username and password you will be able to use these to login to your account control panel. Here you will get all the settings required and will be able to set up email addresses and change passwords.

I've just ordered hosting from you - what next?
Your account will be set up by a member of our technical team and a username and password e-mailed to you. Hosting setup is normally completed within 24-48 hours of the order (depending on domain name transfer/propagation). Once you get the username and password you will be able to use these to login to your account control panel.

What type of email service do you have?
We only have POP3 email service no SMTP email. This can be accessed online or downloaded onto your email software, eg Outlook or Outlook Express.

My ISP gives me free webspace. Why pay for hosting?
Domain hosting gives you a permanent, unique address for your web pages. No matter which ISP you are using your web address and e-mail address will stay the same. It also gives a much more professional image of your business or organisation, not to mention an address that is an awful lot easier to remember. 

Do you offer FrontPage extensions?
Yes
. FrontPage extensions are designed to give added functionality to sites designed withMicrosoft FrontPage web design software - you will need a copy of this software.

Is telephone support available?
No.
In order to keep our prices as low as they are we do not currently offer telephone technical support. We do however offer email support and have technical support bulletin board. We are however contactable by phone if you do have an urgent query.

What technical support do you offer?
We provide technical support in relation to functions of your web hosting account - eg: uploading your pages, setting up e-mail and so on. Please note that support does not extend to help with designing your site, writing scripts etc. 

How do I pay?
You can either pay online using our encrypted and save payment service using either credit or bank cards or you can pay by cheque. The options are available when completing the online payment form.
